Human-Centered Organizational Change Management

I help organizations improve adoption, strengthen leadership, and achieve successful business outcomes during change.

The Practice Behind the Platform

Throughout my career, I've partnered with leaders and organizations to address one of the most challenging aspects of transformation: helping people successfully adapt to new ways of working. My approach combines organizational psychology, behavioral science, leadership development, and structured change management to build practical strategies that improve adoption, strengthen leadership alignment, and help organizations realize the full value of change.

I'm passionate about advancing the practice of organizational change by bridging the gap between research and real-world application. As a PhD-trained organizational psychologist, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and Board Certified Coach, I believe the most effective change strategies are grounded in evidence while remaining practical enough to help leaders and organizations achieve measurable results.

The Academy for People Science is the platform I created to share practical insights into change management, showcase real-world deliverables, and advance the practice of organizational change. Through articles, frameworks, and applied resources, I explore how organizations can improve the way change is planned, led, adopted, and sustained.
