Certified Effective Change Leader™ (10-Week Cohort Program)

A psychology-informed cohort program designed to help professionals lead organizational change more effectively. Over 10 weeks, participants learn practical change management strategies focused on communication, workforce readiness, adoption, resistance management, and behavioral science through live sessions, peer collaboration, and guided implementation activities. Each participant completes a capstone project that applies course concepts to a real organizational initiative, strengthening their ability to lead change and support measurable organizational outcomes.
