Behavior Shapes Organizational Performance—Because Change Is Individual

Organizational outcomes are the collective result of individual change. My work focuses on the behaviors that determine the speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency, helping leaders and teams adopt and use new ways of working so performance improvements are reflected in measurable results.

My Mission

To build change-ready organizations by equipping leaders, people managers, and teams with evidence-based approaches that strengthen the human dynamics required for successful change.

What Experience Has Taught Me

Dr. Jordan Markee | Organizational Psychologist • Senior Change Leader

Most change initiatives don't fail because the solution is wrong—they fail when people don't adopt and use the new way of working. Throughout my career, I've seen organizations invest heavily in transformation yet struggle to realize the expected outcomes because the people side of change wasn't managed with the same discipline as the technical side.

My approach applies behavioral science and organizational psychology to the people side of change, helping leaders and teams move from rollout to real, sustained adoption. As an Organizational Psychologist, Board Certified Coach, and Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, I focus on the human dynamics that determine change outcomes—readiness, communication, commitment, and behavior change.

What guides my approach:

  • Behavior change, made measurable — I help organizations define the specific behaviors required for success and support adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
  • Psychology-informed change management — I focus on the human barriers that influence adoption, including resistance, trust, accountability, alignment, and leadership behavior.
  • Structured, flexible delivery — I apply structured change management while adapting my approach to each organization's culture, priorities, and pace of change.
  • Capability + results — My goal is not only to help organizations achieve successful outcomes today, but also to strengthen their internal capability to lead change in the future.

Whether supporting workforce modernization, operating model shifts, or enterprise transformation, my focus remains the same: helping organizations achieve greater value from change by improving how people adopt and sustain new ways of working.
